Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in genuine cases:

• Product received in damaged condition
• Incorrect product delivered

To request a refund:

• Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear unboxing video or photo proof

After verification, customers can choose:

• Replacement of the product (preferred)
• Refund only if replacement is not available

Replacement Policy

Replacement is provided only in the following cases:

• Damaged product
• Defective item
• Incorrect product delivered

Replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after purchase
• Delay caused by courier services
• Minor variations in size, shape, or color (natural Rudraksha products)
• Product used or not in original condition

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers may need to return the product in some cases.
Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
